Don't let a day working at home become a boring one, let's plan a productive and exciting 24-hour schedule at home.

6:00 - 7:00: It's time to wake up!
Even if we don't have to commute to work, let's get into the habit of getting up early to start a new energetic day, avoiding mood swings when we have to refrain from going out!

The secret to beautiful skin and a beautiful body:
• Make yourself a glass of warm lemon water with honey in a proportion of 1:1:3 (lemon:honey:water) to effectively detox the body before breakfast. If you have to deal with stomachache or abdominal pain, just chug down a glass of warm water!
• Try stretching exercises or gentle yoga for about 15-20 minutes to make your body and your mind more flexible before starting your day. Youtube will be a great souce for you to find work-out videos.

7:00 - 8:00: Key to an energetic day - a breakfast fit for a king!
Never skip breakfast!
This is the most important meal of the day that helps improve concentration. Now that we work alone at home, it is easier to lose focus. Eating breakfast on time will help you to concentrate better and reduce the chances of getting bored while telecommuting. Prepare yourself a big pot of water, a cup of tea or a mug of coffee to drink until noon.

8:00 - 12:00: Work, work and work harder!
After getting all dolled up in office outfits, confidently turn on the camera and online working software to start a day full of beans.

12:00 - 12:30: Time to eat! Lunch is ready
If you prefer healthy and home-cooked food, take your time to prepare quick and easy meals yourself.
If you would like to try new dishes, surf the internet for appetizing options, order them, then you will have more time to rest. Tips for busy people: There’re many lunch combos available for affordable prices. Some restaurants even provide delivery service for free.

At around 4 pm, your stomach growls and you crave for some afternoon munchies. That’s when you should spoil yourself with fruits or light snacks so that you can have a hearty meal in the evening.
A plate of mixed fruits, including watermelon, pineapple, orange, mango, and lychee, will cool down the summer heat. You can also enjoy the delicious and easy 2-minute dishes such as bread with sliced avocado, yogurt with granola, yogurt smoothies.

17:30 – 20:00: Time to relax
This is definitely the best feeling in the world: Shut down that computer, close the notebook and head to the kitchen! Pick the vegetables, rinse the rice, and heat up the pot. 20:00 – 21:30: Love yourself, spend quality time with your family
Everyone needs a break, a time to relax.
You can treat yourself to a few hours of relaxing warm baths, play with your kids, chat with your parents, read a good book, and continue your favorite movie on Netflix. Clean the house, sip a cup of chrysanthemum tea to avoid insomnia or join an online language course, maintain a healthy body by exercising (at-home workouts can be found easily on Youtube and it’s free).

21:30 – 22:00++: Calm your mind to prepare for a deep and relaxing sleep
There’s a fact that the number of people who are experiencing stress and insomnia is increasing because we spend too much time at home and the entertainment activities are limited.

Instead of relying on hypnotics to sleep, try these therapies to improve the quality of your sleep:
By light: Using color-changing night-light will help your body ease into its sleep cycle more naturally.
By sound: autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) audio or instrumental music for an effective way to soothe your mind.
By scent: Using an essential oil diffuser or humidifier in your bedroom will help not only balance and moisturize but alsorelax better.

Staying home or working from home is definitely not boring. The most important thing is how we divide our time. We wish everyone good health. Stay safe and optimistic during this pandemic!
