On Booking.com, one of the world’s most widely used travel platforms, all four Silk Path hotels and resorts were honoured with the Traveller Review Awards 2026. This recognition is further underscored by their outstanding guest ratings across the portfolio. Silk Path Hotel Hanoi achieved a rating of 9.0/10, while Silk Path Boutique Hanoi and Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel & Spa both recorded 9.3/10. Leading the portfolio, Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa earned an impressive 9.5/10, reflecting a sustained commitment to excellence and consistently high levels of guest satisfaction.

In the Indian market, on the MakeMyTrip platform, Silk Path Hotel Hanoi recorded a rating of 4.9/5, while Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa achieved a perfect 5/5.
The resort in Sa Pa was also recognized on Trip.com, where it was named in the Trip.Best ranking in the Premium Hotel category.

The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is the region’s annual tourism forum, where government agencies and industry leaders gather to exchange perspectives on sustainable development and regional collaboration. The ATF 2026 edition took place in the Philippines from January 27 to 31, 2026.

Within the framework of the event, Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel & Spa was honoured as one of five representatives from Vietnam to receive the ASEAN MICE Venue Award 2026 – Event Venue Category. This recognition reflects the hotel’s capability to host conferences and events in line with regional standards, supported by consistent operational excellence and a thoughtfully designed event environment.

The recognition was awarded following a first-aid training program and emergency response preparation organized by the Lao Cai Tourism Association, Hung Thinh General Hospital, and Wellbeing Health Education Organization. The programme focused on strengthening on-site safety standards and improving the team’s readiness in handling medical situations.
