Tickle your taste buds in one of our four restaurants in Sapa, offering fine Vietnamese cuisine with touches of the northern highlands and European fare made possible by fresh, local produce. From comfortable and casual to high-end elegance, our restaurants and eateries offer something for every mood.

SAMU is where we serve Vietnamese cuisine but with a twist. Our recipes take advantage of what grows in the mountains and we borrow from traditional northwestern recipes. Here you’ll enjoy the breakfast buffet, too.

For casual bites and tea and coffee – or something a little stronger in the evenings – head to 1500 Café, which has both indoor and outdoor spaces to relax.
